Delivery and Packaging

How much does delivery cost?
Free delivery on all UAE orders within the city limit above AED250 purchase.
AED50 for all orders within the UAE and below AED250 purchase.
For GCC orders, we will quote your shipping cost based on your location.
Shipping fees for international orders will be quoted on individual basis.

Does Inostream deliver worldwide?
Yes, we will ship all over the world. International Delivery charges are calculated depending on the customer's zip code.
*Bulky items may require an additional shipping fee. We will quote you shipping fees prior to processing your order if the order is above standard shipping.

When will my order be sent?
Orders placed by 3 pm Dubai local time, and will be dispatched the same day. 

When will my order arrive?
All orders should arrive within 1-2 business day from the invoice date for all UAE deliveries. Other International orders will be assessed based on the location and the delivery method. 

What if my goods are damaged or faulty?
We check everything before sending them to our customers.  However, if something is found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your goods and we can exchange the faulty item for you. The item needs to be returned as it was received: unopened, unused and with labels intact.

 

Return & Exchange

We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each item is packaged carefully.

Exchanges and Refunds
Making a return or exchange is easy.  Just make sure you request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days of receiving the purchase,  request should be emailed to info@inostream.net , indicating the reason for the return, you will then receive an e-mail with your RA number which is valid for the next 7 days. keep in mind that in the case of International delivery, it will be the customer responsibility to ship the product back and on their own cost. 

All items MUST be sent back via courier and have a tracking number. 

Refunds or exchanged products must be in the condition received and in the original box and packaging.

Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 2 business days of the date of delivery via email at info@inostream.net

Return Instructions
Please contact us via e-mail at info@inostream.net  to request a Returns Authorization number within 2 business days of receiving your goods. 
we will follow up with an e-mail containing your RA number which is valid for the next 7 days to ship back to us.  
Items being sent back must be in the original condition, not been used, altered or damaged and all tags must remain in place including lose parts and or accessories. 

When returning goods please include:

a) your name and Returns Authorization number on the outside of the parcel
b) the item you are returning
c) All items must be sent back to us via a courier with a tracking number.

No responsibility accepted for items being returned until they are received at our facility.
